Nancy began her insurance career in 1980 working for Federated Insurance Company in Seattle, Washington as an account payable / accounts receivable clerk and advanced into a position with a premium finance company owned by Federated. After several years in the beautiful, rainy environment of Seattle, Nancy moved home to Phoenix to raise her family.
Nancy has worked both on the insurance company side of business and in the independent insurance agency business with the focus on customer service. In the beginning of her career, she started with writing and servicing of personal insurance and has spent the last 14 years in the commercial field helping several agencies build and maintain their customer base.
Nancy enjoys talking and working with our insured’s and strives to build friendly, professional relationships. In addition to managing our client services department, Nancy trains new staff members and serves as our Office Manager.
